Everyone brings a unique perspective and experience to therapy. I aim to explore that perspective and help guide clients in a place where they feel safe and comfortable, and help them create and reach realistic and attainable therapeutic goals. I help clients incorporate coping skills, self care, and effective/healthy boundaries as they are all a very important piece of the healing and growing process. I lean into psycho education as I help clients gain a better understanding of their minds and bodies and how to use that knowledge to better themselves and reach their goals. After over 10 years in the mental health field, I have had the opportunity to work with clients of various ages, genders, racial/ethnic/religious backgrounds who have carried a wide array of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, ADHD, etc. I offer individual therapy as well as couples counseling and family therapy. Therapy can be hard but it is so rewarding once you start doing the work. I have seen clients flourish by learning about their symptoms, processing trauma, and implementing goals that help them live their best lives.
