I’m a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Nurse committed to helping individuals meet their highest potential. Times are hard for most individuals who are trying to make sense of the challenges we face in today's world. My work focuses on helping individuals by meeting them where they are mentally, emotionally, and spiritually on their journey through life. I’m passionate about my work in helping individuals heal from the pain of addiction, trauma, abuse, and many other problems that one faces in these rapidly changing times.
