When facing a stressful life experience or traumatic event that is causing significant emotional distress, you may realize that working through it alone or talking with family and friends isn't enough to bring relief. Whether you're facing a difficult life situation or unhelpful or unhealthy patterns that continue to present themselves in your life, I offer a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for personal exploration and finding new ways to manage more effectively. I strive to instill hope while empowering my clients to utilize their own innate strength and power to make meaningful changes in their lives. I primarily use mindfulness and cognitive behavioral based therapy services to help teenagers and adults in all life stages struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, trauma reactions, life transitions, unresolved grief, and mood and personality disorders. I obtained my Masters in school and clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University in 2021 and have a broad range of experience working in school, PHP/IOP, and outpatient mental health settings. I am a level 1 certified IFS therapist. It would be an honor to help you work towards the changes and transformations you want to see.
