Introduction

I’ve been a Licensed Psychologist since 1997. I enjoy being a therapist because it’s rewarding to see people go from a place of despair to a sense of growing joy and living a more satisfying life. I currently work with young adults to seniors. I work with clients who have depression, anxiety and trauma and every issue in between :) I have extensive training in a variety of trauma-based techniques including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR and AIR Network that focuses on healing neurological dissociation. I also have training in CBT, DBT and ACT therapies. I utilize spirituality in sessions for clients who have an interest in a more holistic approach to healing.
