Lorna Bosak is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Marist College and began her social work career as a caseworker in the foster care system. At that time, she realized the importance of offering mental health services to children so she earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. Her approach is eclectic; utilizing components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Play Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness, based on the unique needs of the individual.
