Reaching out for help can be a challenge, and I’m glad you’re here. It’s important, when finding a therapist, to feel comfortable coming just as you are. If you’re struggling with a recent life transition, a challenging relationship, self-doubt, guilt, anxiety, trauma, or other emotional concerns, reach out. My approach, which is intersectional and trauma-informed, helps you explore emotions without letting them run your life, set healthier habits for your mental well being, and move toward healing so you can live more fully and authentically. I work together with clients to build resilience, to witness their own strength, and to feel empowered. Some areas of specialty include anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, self-esteem, body image and identity issues, improving relationships, stress, and adjustment. I work primarily with adults of all ages, using mindfulness based, attachment informed practice. Everyone has an innate ability to heal and grow when given the opportunity. With a supportive therapeutic relationship, we can move toward healing together. I’d love to join you in creating a life where you feel safe, self-assured, and comfortable in your own skin. I can’t wait to hear from you.
