Introduction

I am an experienced psychotherapist who gets how hard life and therapy can be. I take an honest, empathetic, humorous and direct approach to our work and value the relationship we’ll make. Life is just one relationship after another, whether it be with your partner, your boss, or your phone and each has a positive and negative effect. My job is to help you untangle and understand those relationships to help you feel more connected, happy and maybe get that promotion. I also offer consultation to new therapist looking to create a strong foundation in being a clinican. I remember what it was like to finally get licensed to only feel like I still knew nothing. Let me help you find your voice, know your boundaries, and develop your theraputic foundation. Let's talk transferance / counter transference and see what's getting in the way.
