My goal as your therapist is to focus on your strengths and challenges, helping you let go of patterns that no longer work as you gain insight and move into new possibilities for your life. I adjust my approach to the client's presenting problem, strengths, and treatment goals. Although the first step is the most difficult, the journey can be well-worth the effort.
