Introduction

Overcome anxiety, depression, addictions, relational or other behavioral patterns that make it difficult to cope with life and create low self esteem or conflict. Recover your true self. My practice is tailored to respect each individual's needs in therapy. In our work together we will use mind-body and expressive arts therapies, particularly Dance/Movement Therapy, and work from diverse psychological models including: solutions-focused, cognitive, psychodynamic, Jungian and yoga psychology to build on your strengths and develop effective life skills. A unique feature of my practice is a focus on the whole person: mind and body.
