Life is a continuing journey of growth and change. How we handle that growth and change will determine how successful we are in navigating relationships, careers, personal development, and obstacles that we come across in our daily lives. Oftentimes it is difficult to process everything going on in life when you're at the center of it, even when things are going well! Therapy is a resource to help process everything that make us who we are, the good and bad: depression, anxiety, self-confidence, trauma, identity discovery, toxic relationships, aimlessness, conflict with peers/family, career development, loss/grief, and much more. I provide clients with a warm and understanding environment. My main goal is to highlight individual strengths and offer unconditional positive regard so that when we explore tragic life events or difficult conflicts, clients feel like they have the ability to grow in the safest way. I offer collaboration so that clients are aware of all opportunities. My work focuses on creating meaning in life; this allows individuals to decide who they are, what they find important, and what is worthwhile enough to pursue. With guidance, reflection, and a strong desire, I believe individuals are able to achieve any goal they set for themselves. I feel lucky and excited to be a guide on the greatest journey of all: life.
