Hi, I’m Lucy! Life is full of various challenges that can be difficult to navigate alone. I am here to create a comfortable and open environment where individuals feel both safe and heard. The most important part of achieving and staying healthy is getting to know, love, and trust yourself. Practicing under the supervision of Nicole Silcox, LMHC, I mainly specialize in anxiety & life transitions, disordered eating/eating disorders, and depression, but am open to working with individuals who may be experiencing a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns. I put empathy at the forefront of my interactions and am here to guide, support, and motivate you through life’s challenges. Acknowledging that every person is different, I approach treatment through a variety of methods, individually tailored to fit each person’s specific strengths and needs. My goal is to provide you with the skills needed in order to achieve a more fulfilling life. In my personal life, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends and family, and watching football (Go Colts!). I also enjoy being out in nature and traveling to new places.
