Introduction

I work with clients on valued living as our focus rather than "symptom reduction". I work with clients to develop an individualized plan that works best for them. I have a directive and solution-focused approach. I help clients take painful experiences, validating them, and finding ways to move forward with the life they want to live. I help clients gain tools, awareness, and the skills needed to continue to move forward in life with confidence. We will work through the obstacles you are facing through integrative, researched-based methods increasing the quality and joy in your life regardless of your circumstances. I work with anxiety disorders, depression, chronic medical/ pain conditions, traumatic birth, and divorce services. I provide a variety of therapeutic modalities including art therapy. I use innovative technology such as providing therapeutic virtual reality which can be done in the office and through telehealth. I want to help you reach your full potential-increasing your quality of life. Self-care is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. You are investing in your best future self which will impact all aspects of your life. I look forward to helping you be a catalyst for change regardless of what you are facing.
