Introduction

Life can be tough, and it’s okay to ask for help when you need it. I am a compassionate and experienced therapist who works with perinatal clients, first responders and their families, and children. Pregnancy and the postpartum period are times of great change. I help individuals navigate the joys and challenges of pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the early stages of parenting. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, identity shifts, or feeling overwhelmed by your new role. The life of a first responder can be tough and I am here to provide support, help process trauma, manage stress, and build resilience. I also work with spouses and families, offering support to those who live with the unique challenges that come with being married to or partnered with someone in a high-stress, high-risk profession. As a fire wife myself I am able to provide an understanding of the difficulties that arise. Children experience emotional challenges in different ways. I work with kids and teens who are struggling with anxiety, behavior issues, trauma, or major life transitions. Using play therapy, talk therapy, and family systems therapy, I help children and adolescents build emotional resilience improve self-regulation, and learn healthy coping mechanisms.
