First, I teach mindfulness tools to help you regulate your nervous system which gives you some immediate relief. Next, I help you understand the underlying emotions that drive your anxiety. This will create resolution which will help you release tension in your body allowing you to become calmer and more relaxed. I believe therapy should be interactive and engaging. I will use role-plays, grounding meditations and body oriented questions to help you explore and understand your inner landscape.
