Introduction

Hi! My name is Lucy Li and I received my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lehigh University. I am currently working towards my LMHC in MA and have over 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and clients from diverse backgrounds in mental health. As a compassionate and culturally competent mental health counselor, I offer personalized therapy using a holistic approach. Drawing on my training in various therapeutic modalities and my personal experience as an Asian American, I help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. I am present and future-orientated in my approaches and believe that each person can achieve their full potential and flourish with the right resources and plan. My main theoretical orientations are person-centered, feminist, and CBT. I also like to use a strengths-based approach and techniques from Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Most importantly, I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Managing our mental health can be overwhelming and confusing but I am committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need. Through collaboration and understanding, we can accomplish goals and live a more fulfilling life! If you're seeking a therapist who values diversity, empathy, and empowerment, please don't hesitate to contact me.
