Experiences of trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, abuse, family conflict/violence, isolation/loneliness, identity, culture/religion, low self-worth, anger, guilt, or shame are impacting how you feel about yourself and your relationship with others. To aid in your recovery, I offer empathy and a space free of judgment. We will explore how compromised mental health and your experiences negatively impact you. We'll work at your level of comfort to alleviate your suffering and symptoms. Improving the quality of your life and increasing a sense of empowerment that will help you sustain the life you want and deserve is the goal.
