I attended Columbia College where I was honored with the dean’s list award four times while attaining my undergraduate degree in clinical psychology. I then completed my graduate degree in clinical psychology at Capella University where I obtained the Dean’s list award six times and graduated with distinction. In 2018, I began working with patients in the Central Florida area — offering them a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide them through life’s challenges and most trying times. I have worked extensively with Anxiety, Stress, Depression, and adolescent issues. Although my chosen model of therapy is Rational Emotional Behavior Therapy (REBT), my work is informed by techniques from a variety of models of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalytic Theory, Humanistic psychology, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
