Welcome to HLCC a professional coaching practice where personal development, life balance, and goal achievement are not just aspirations but realities. I offer a safe space for everyone, including immigrant, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals. Coaching is a values-based, comprehensive approach to personal change and development in both life and work. It is effective for overcoming fear of failure, managing well-being, strengthening teams/families, shifting corporate culture, and exploring the next chapter in life. My clients are ages 18 - 65+ and include recent graduates, professionals, business leaders and retirees. They describe coaching as a revitalizing experience from confusion and stagnation to clarity and progress. My 20 years of training and experience in people development, leadership and philosophy provide the foundation to my client-centered approach. Since the client is the expert in their life my role is to help guide them to create the changes they desire. My specialties include life coaching, team coaching and leadership coaching which are delivered using evidence-based methodologies.
