I am a trauma-informed therapist that uses a person-centered approach and cognitive behavioral techniques to develop a therapy plan that fits your needs. We look at the impact of attachment and generational trauma. When traditional talk therapy makes little progress, I am trained to use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting. My goal is to make sure you feel safe in a process that can be uncomfortable. Together, we create a plan and work towards what you want out of therapy. I work with clients that struggle with trauma, relationships, and feel overwhelmed by life. I help you develop concrete tools and make lasting changes by processing the heart of the problem on a deeper level.
