Hi, I am Luree Benjamin and welcome to Connecting The Dots Therapy, were we are accepting New Clients. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and I enjoy working with individuals, couples and I specializes in sex therapy. It takes courage to ask for help. It is courageous to be vulnerable and open yourself up to change. I know that change is inevitable but pain and being stuck are optional. It is my honor and privilege to walk alongside you and help you as you journey within and dare to begin anew. It is especially important during these moments that you have someone who will listen, affirm, challenge, and not judge. I am person-centered and sessions are tailored to your unique needs. I do not take a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. I will patiently work with you, assisting you as you break patterns that keep you from fully showing up in your life and relationships. In our judgment free-zone, I will be directive yet attentive; firm but compassionate, as we unravel\address\tackle\detangle your fears, concerns, and life’s stressors.
