Lydia graduated from the University of Utah with a Masters degree in Social Work in 2007. As a seasoned therapist she has worked with a variety of clients who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. She has over 15 years of experience working with survivors of sexual abuse. She collaborates with the Children Justice Center and Crime Victim Reparations to provide specialized care. She works with clients to create an individualized treatment plan. Using assessment tools to measure progress throughout treatment. The approach she uses is client centered and strengths based while taking a look at individual thoughts and feelings that are creating a client's reality.
