My approach to therapy is using a mixture of different modalities to create a space in which my clients can explore and learn new tools to help them better cope with the changing world around them. Implementing different therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, allows me to use meaningful interventions that meet my clients where they are. My education and experience have allowed me to work with diverse populations and diagnoses. This has broadened my ability to adapt to my client's needs while providing structure and balance. Meeting my clients where they are is the most fundamental building block of creating a therapeutic alliance and a treatment plan that works best for my client.
