Therapy with me is compassionate and collaborative. My goal is to provide a space that is welcoming for you to share what is on your mind and we will work together to discover real-life solutions and skills that you can use. I also believe that therapy doesn't always have to be serious; it can be a space where laughter and lightness coexists with self-discovery. I recognize that reaching out for help and beginning therapy can be the most difficult step in this process, and I am here to help.
