Introduction

Hi, I’m Lyndzi Hale, and I specialize in supporting teenagers, young adults, and college students as they navigate the challenges of growing up and finding their way. With 7 years of experience in schools, community agencies, and private practice, I’ve had the chance to work with hundreds of people through the stress of school and transitioning to adulthood, as well as managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life changes. I’m passionate about mental health and wellness, and I aim to view each person I work with from a holistic lens. I believe everyone has the ability to grow and heal, and I take a client-led, person-centered approach to therapy. I use a mix of techniques including EMDR, DBT, and Internal Family Systems, but ultimately, my role is to support you as you work toward your goals. Whether you’re dealing with the pressures of school, navigating life changes, or looking to understand and manage difficult emotions, I’m here to help. I hope to create a safe space where you can explore and grow at your own pace. You know yourself best, and I’m here to walk alongside you and provide you with tools to support you and your mental health.
