Introduction

Intentionally growing and asking for help/looking for support is not the easiest task. It’s my goal to partner with you in a way that allows you to explore your strengths and leverage them so you can navigate whatever challenges life is throwing your way. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by feelings of anxiety or depression or you’re just feeling unmotivated, stuck, and/or scattered, I’m ready to offer support, understanding, and tools to help you grow forward. I am a licensed psychologist and I specialize in working with adolescents/young adults and adults. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and empathic in nature. I want to support each individual in developing an understanding of what a peaceful and successful life means to them and help them to take steps to achieve that. Whether you are looking for therapy, coaching, college/career transition(s) support, or clinical collaboration/supervision I am eager to support you in growing towards your goals in a way that feels genuine and comfortable to you.
