Hello, I'm Lynn! I am an LCSW and got my start working in addiction recovery. I moved from being the only therapist to the clinical director there before going out to work with a wider variety of individuals. My passion is working with substance use recovery, Anxiety, Depression, and trauma. I have experience with numerous other diagnoses and stressors as well. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapy, as well as others as it fits with the individual I'm working with. I am trained in clinical trauma provider training. I enjoy meeting clients where they are and working together to identify and achieve goals in their lives.
