Introduction

As a licensed professional counselor, I help women reconnect with and prioritize themselves -- to know what they think, how they feel, what they want, and what is important. I help them learn to listen to their emotions and trust the unique wisdom they contain. I point to skills and strategies for engaging in life differently. What I love about my work as a therapist is finding ways to help women be exactly who they already are, which I believe, paradoxically, is the path toward healing and change.
