Introduction

I have over 8 years of experience helping teens, adults, and families with their mental health and substance abuse treatment. I'm licensed in the state of Oklahoma. I hold an additional training in EMDR. I believe in and provide gender affirming, trauma informed, and cultural aware therapy. I work with clients who may be struggling with trauma, families of addiction, neurodivergent, and mental health. During our initial sessions we will dive deeper into the issues at hand and create a plan to addressing them. My goal is work myself out of job by empowering and supporting you. On this journey together we will awaken your inner fire and help you finding the way to your serenity.
