Introduction

I work with individuals ages 14+ that are facing a variety of different challenges. I have a passion for working with individuals struggling with disordered eating and eating disorders as we navigate healing the relationship between food and your body. I am a member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) and am working toward the designation of Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). Additionally, I enjoy working with individuals struggling with perfectionism, body image concerns, life transitions, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
