I am glad you're here! Life can get overwhelming sometimes, and it can feel intimidating to seek support. You don't have to do this alone. I am passionate about creating a safe space for you to process your feelings and make meaningful connections so that you can move forward in an empowered direction. Therapy allows you a safe, judgment-free space and to have someone on your team who supports, validates, and sometimes challenges you in ways that support the growth you're looking for. I enjoy supporting clients by helping them identify their strengths and finding creative approaches to challenges. I especially value rapport-building and healing through healthy relationships. My approach is strengths-based and informed by Existentialism, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Person-Centered techniques. Simply put, this is your time. My work encompasses building self-esteem, boundary work, exploring interpersonal relationship dynamics, processing gender identity and sexual identity, working through grief, addressing complex traumas, and other life transitions. I would love to connect and allow you to see if working together is a good fit! I am accepting new clients in person and virtually. My office is located in Rochester, NY, and I am available to provide services virtually to residents of NY who may be outside of driving distance. To get started I offer free 15-minute consultation calls, or we can book an intake appointment.
