I have 14 years of experience treating a variety of concerns, and specialize in treating complex trauma & related attachment/relational difficulties. Therapy with me is collaborative & integrative with an emphasis on attachment and interpersonal process. I make regular use of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and trauma-informed approaches. I am fully trained in the use of EMDR, which is proven effective in the treatment of trauma and a variety of other concerns. For relationship concerns, I use attachment-based and emotion-focused approaches for assisting individuals or couples to better understand their feelings and experiences to improve connection to self & others; enhance communication; and reduce problematic interaction patterns.
