I believe that the relationship between a therapist and client is a collaborative one in which we will work together to best meet your needs and goals. With you at the lead, I will support you in exploring your identities and stories, while resourcing your already present strengths and personal insights. I have had experience working with adolescents and adults living with depression, anxiety, trauma, ASD, ADHD, schizotypal symptoms, bipolar, physical or cognitive injuries or impairments, as well members of marginalized groups such as people of color and LGBTQIA+, in both medical and psychiatric rehab and recovery settings. I strive to provide culturally conscious, social justice-oriented, and person-centered care. Working from a strengths-based lens, I will support the exploration of personal identity and histories, offering resources & guidance to help you reach your goals. My specialization is in art therapy, which we can incorporate to sessions if you would like! My own experience navigating complex identities has fueled my dedication to providing care that honors the diverse backgrounds and the lived experiences of those I work with. I am dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space where all parts of you can feel seen, heard and valued. I'm eager join along side you in this journey!
