Sometimes taking the first step and admitting we need help is the most difficult step, which is why I am so glad you have decided that counseling may be right for you. One belief I hold near and dear is that everyone deserves a space that is solely for them; I hope I can help provide that space for you. Ultimately you are the expert on your life and your lived experiences, and I hope to be able to walk with you and help you to have a sounding board as you go on this journey. Through my experiences, I have worked with anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, relationships, substance use, and a range of other everyday problems. I operate from a trauma-informed, multicultural, and collaborative standpoint. In session I take an integrative approach to therapy, in order to create an individualized approach best suited for you. When you walk into my office you can expect a non-judgemental and compassionate environment where you can feel both safe and supported. No life experience should have to be carried alone.
