Introduction

Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first step to attending therapy! Are you a college student or young professional experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, major life changes, or relationship concerns? If so, my passion is providing you with a safe and authentic space where you can feel supported. I believe that therapy doesn't have to be scary. Together we will break down barriers that are preventing you from living your ideal life, and we will likely share a few laughs along the way :) One of the most powerful aspects of therapy is working together to create a therapeutic relationship, as it is vital to fostering a space of mental healing. A core value of mine is that members of the queer community, BIPOC, all religions, relationship types, etc. feel welcome and accepted in session with me. I believe you are the expert on your own life. In order for you to get the most out of your counseling experience, I will provide support and encouragement to assist you in meeting your chosen goals, and we will process your experiences without judgment. I look forward to our work together!
