Introduction

My philosophy is that effective, empathetic and assertive communication is essential to so many areas of our lives, and yet it can be a true challenge to feel we are communicating well and in a manner that serves both our needs and those of others.I am offering a communication skills coaching program designed to develop insight into communication barriers and obstacles, create a plan to improve communication skills, and work to establish those skills so you can recognize your communication style and begin to adapt and apply your communication style and strengths. I am offering a three-session package for ages 14+. Cost is $80 per session. Sessions are offered on Wednesdays and can be scheduled online through Shore Counseling's website. I look forward to helping you maximize your communication skills!
