Introduction

The clients I work with struggle with anxiety, self-worth, trauma, or relationship challenges. They need a safe space to express themselves, gain insight, and build confidence. Their goals may include setting boundaries, processing past experiences, or finding emotional balance. They seek validation, support, and personal growth because they want to feel empowered, understood, and in control of their lives. I provide a judgment-free, LGBTQ+-affirming space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences safely. With a trauma-informed approach, I specialize in relationships, boundary-setting, and healing from sexual abuse. My goal is to help build self-acceptance, confidence, and meaningful change at their own pace. Struggling can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Healing is possible, and you deserve support in a space where you feel truly seen and heard. I’m here to meet you where you are. When you’re ready, I’d love to walk this journey with you
