Life can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and heavy at times. Symptoms of anxiety and depression can affect all areas of life and feel so isolating. If you have experienced trauma in your past or are in a new role or relationship and struggling to adjust and cope, having space and time set aside to care for your mental health is so beneficial and worth it. If you are looking for relief, and wanting to get to the root of what is feeling so challenging for you, I would love to partner with you on that journey. I use an eclectic approach tailored to each person. I work from a person-centered perspective and integrate evidence based treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, and ACT. I can help you identify coping strategies that work for you and will work to provide a safe space for you to process what you are experiencing. It takes bravery to take that step and seek out counseling. It can be intimidating and hard to know where to start. Just know that you are not alone in this process, therapy is a collaboration, and that I will work to make this time meaningful and helpful for you. I would love to hear from you and be a part of your healing process!
