I’m an eating disorder and body image specialist committed to helping teens and young adults build healthier relationships with food and their bodies. With experience across inpatient hospitalization, private practice, group settings, and community mental health, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my work. I have specialized training in eating disorders and adolescents, including supervision from a specialist in eating disorders and focused work in nutrition, body image, athletes, and youth. My approach targets ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around food, and I also support clients dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and life changes and challenges. I believe in taking a collaborative, compassionate approach to helping clients reach their goals. I am also trained in Family-Based Treatment (FBT), also known as the Maudsley Method, which is recognized as the leading and most effective approach for treating adolescents with eating disorders, including Anorexia, Bulimia, and Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders. I’m passionate about creating resources for teenagers and young adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, or life challenges.
