I know that life can be hard and feel like an uphill battle. Many times, our past gets in the way of our future. We don’t know who to turn to or how to fix it. I see you, I hear your pain, and know you want to heal from your past. In sessions, I create a space that is non-judgmental and caring to help you heal from your past and enjoy life again. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has experience working with many mental health concerns from my time working in community mental health. I have training with a wide variety of age groups and work with individuals from 12 years and older. I have specialized training in treating individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bi-polar disorder, life transitions and low self-esteem. The first step is the hardest, and you have already started your journey. I hope that you feel seen, heard, and understood in our time together.
