Trauma and stress in our life can wreak havoc on more than just the things and people involved. The after effects can trickle down and impact multiple areas of life like relationships, work, school, personal enjoyment, and our ability to even care for ourselves and others. I aim to be able to assist those impacted by childhood and relational trauma to be able to engage in their own lives again and reduce the impact of the things that we have gone through in life, to feel like we have overcome those things and start living the life we want. Every person is different and the way trauma has impacted you can result in a variety of difficulties from relational issues, anxiety and self esteem, dissociation, and even periods of psychosis. I take into consideration your individual experiences and symptoms and meet you where you are at, and then gently challenge you towards the goals you set. Since I started in this field I have been passionate about helping those who have faced struggles they desperately want to keep to themselves. You don't have to be alone in this. If you want to finally feel comfortable in your own skin, feel connected to others in your life, and get rid of those feelings of worthlessness, you don't have to hide anymore.
