Introduction

Hi, my name is Maggie, thanks for visiting! I am a relationship therapist specializing in working with couples, individuals, and non-traditional relationships on finding balance and strengthening their connections to themselves and those around them. I am trained in and utilize the Gottman Method for much of my work. I also like to pull in from Narrative therapy, PACT, and other relational models. I started my therapist journey in 2010 when I went back to school after working as a probation officer for years. My time as a PO taught me that positive and effective family dynamics are of the utmost importance. Throughout my training, I've learned that at the heart of a family is a relationship and if that relationship is strong, the family will be better for it. This is why I specialize in relationship work. I help folks practice more effective communication, manage and make space for conflict and challenges, and create shared meaning within their relationships. I love working with people from all walks of life and welcome diversity within my practice. Let's help you create and maintain more connected relationships in your life.
