In therapy, I strive to be direct without sacrificing compassion. It can be difficult to ask for help, and you deserve a space in which you can feel both supported & understood while being empowered to change your life. I am most passionate about working with people experiencing anxiety, those who are exploring their identity, and survivors of trauma of all kinds (including grief & loss, sexual assault, & family conflict). I also enjoy working with those seeking to improve their self-esteem and have experience treating disordered eating concerns including binging, purging, and body-image issues. As a therapist, I work alongside clients to heal their wounds through the power of story-telling, while contextualizing the systems of oppression that may serve as barriers to reaching our full potential. I work from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach and welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, spiritualities, and identities. I have training in Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and somatic interventions and believe in the value of cultivating an authentic therapeutic relationship in our work together. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients as they rewrite their stories and reclaim their power.
