Introduction

I help high-achieving women like you to overcome childhood trauma (and the fear, doubt and insecurity that early traumas can create) so you can go after that dream you really want but stuffed away — whether that’s a creative vision you told yourself wasn’t “practical”, a more purpose-driven career, or the family you thought your ambition wouldn't allow you to have. I know how painful it is to have a heart's desire and not go after it out of fear or self-doubt. You deserve to live a life that abundantly supports you, inspires you, AND feels aligned with who you really are. Wayne Dyer famously said, “Don’t die with your music still inside you.” As both a fellow creative and a therapist/coach, I can help you reclaim your song and sing it. I combine talk therapy, internal parts work, attachment theory, and Brainspotting — a gentle yet powerful method that heals trauma in the nervous system and the deep brain. It can be daunting to take the first step so let’s make it easier: I offer free 15-minute consultations via Zoom, which allows us to connect and make sure we’re a good fit for your needs. Your next step is to call or email and schedule your free consultation.
