Introduction

'Integrating Ancient Healing Arts and Modern Science into your story'. This story began for me over 25 years ago while studying and practicing healing and spirituality- that is grounded in the body, including dance & movement! I have always seen science as parallel to mystical systems such as Hermetics, various forms of Magick, and energetic systems. I'm agnostic by nature. Paganism describes my belief systems best. I sought more of the science, accountability and ethical framing that psychotherapy credentials and training embodied, while exploring spirituality and healing. I like a very holistic approach to everything. Balancing the light wave and particle parts of being human has been constant throughout my work and life; body, emotions, spirit, our stories, and the space between these help with this. I love teaching, guiding and being present with curious seekers, fellow practitioners and skeptical community members. I am certified as a Integrative Nutrition & Medicine Therapist; Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Teacher (although I practice more western modalities); Liquid Motion Licensed; Licensed Professional Counselor (separate practice); National Certified Counselor; Board Approved Clinical LPC Supervisor; Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, and years of experience in intuitive dance.
