Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the first step in seeking therapy takes courage, and I applaud you for getting to this point. I’m a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania, with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Originally from Connecticut, I earned my BS in Early Childhood and Special Education from the University of Delaware and later obtained my Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University. My background includes working as a school social worker before transitioning to clinical practice, and during COVID, I shifted to a virtual setting to better support my clients. Throughout my career, I’ve helped individuals and families navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, divorce, grief, parenting struggles, and life’s toughest transitions. If you’re looking for a compassionate, empathetic therapist who listens and supports you with warmth and respect, I’d love to walk alongside you on your journey. My approach to therapy is client-centered—you are the expert in your own life. I believe in creating a safe space where we can work together to discover your strengths, overcome obstacles, and celebrate progress. I bring my own life experiences into my practice, knowing that while our struggles may differ, we all face ups and downs—and we can overcome them. By visiting this site, you’ve already taken an important first step. If you’re ready to take the next one, reach out. I look forward to supporting and empowering you in making the changes you seek. ~Mallory
