Introduction

Are you carrying a weight that feels too heavy to bear on your own? You don’t have to face it alone. I work with survivors of trauma, families looking for support for their kiddos, new and expecting mothers, and couples seeking to rebuild their connection or recover from deep hurts. My ideal clients are searching for a safe space where they can be seen, heard, and understood— for someone to hold space for them as they navigate the hard parts. Together, we’ll explore ways to process your pain, rediscover your strengths, and move toward a life of healing and connection. I specialize in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. By focusing on how attachment shapes our healing, I help clients build stronger, more resilient relationships and work through trauma. Together, we can uncover patterns, foster growth, and overcome the challenges that hold you back. Reaching out for help can feel very vulnerable. You have already taken a big first step in seeking out a professional that can help! I love to connect with potential clients through a 15 minute consultation to discuss your reasons for seeking treatment at this time and share more about what I can offer you in your healing journey.
