Getting started with therapy can be overwhelming, and finding the right therapist “fit” or “match” can be daunting, but I hope to make this process as easy as possible for you! Whatever the reason is that brings you to therapy, your treatment will be tailored to your individual needs and we will work together to set individualized goals along your path to mental wellness. I specialize in treating mood and anxiety disorders during the perinatal period (including pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and infertility). However, I additionally enjoy working with individuals throughout all walks of life who are navigating challenging life circumstances, relationship difficulties, depression and anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss. I pride myself on respect, empathy and professionalism in our work together. You can expect me to be kind and non-judgmental, and to create a warm and supportive environment in which we can build a trusting relationship and work together in achieving your mental health goals.
