Introduction

Supervised by Candice Tillman, LPC-S and Lauren Spaulding, LMFT-S I am dedicated to guiding clients through their journey of self-discovery and healing. My client-centered approach offers empathy and unconditional positive regard, supporting individuals as they face their challenges and embrace their true selves. I focus on fostering internal safety and addressing the impact of trauma on overall well-being. I specialize in trauma therapy for adults, teens, and couples who are experiencing trauma and distressing symptoms. My practice includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. As an EMDR parent-child specialist, I incorporate Attachment-Informed EMDR to heal intergenerational trauma and strengthen parent-child relationships. My Level One IFS training enables me to help clients find inner peace and improve their relationship with themselves. Additionally, I utilize creative arts therapy and sand tray therapy to engage various aspects of the brain. I am passionate about working with clients on challenges such as perfectionism, trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, and panic attacks. I provide a safe and supportive space where individuals and couples feel heard, seen, and validated throughout their healing journey.
