Sometimes in life we just want to be seen and heard by a compassionate and non-judgmental person - someone who listens in a way that makes us feel visible, valued and affirmed. I create a space where this happens for my clients, fully believing this enables healing from the past, freedom to live in the present and a strong sense of empowerment to reinvent yourself and create the future you desire. ​ I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and incorporate various approaches. I believe everyone is unique in how they process information, learn, change and grow, so I like to tailor my approach based on their needs, personality and goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado with over 30 years experience.
