I provide life transition therapy to women. This type of therapy helps you navigate the changes in your life. Life transitions can be both positive and negative, can be planned or unplan. Are you feeling overwhelmed by this new situation? Is the stress impacting your mental health, causing you anxiety and depression. Adapting to even planned life transitions can cause stress. The negative and unplanned situations can bring even more emotional disruptions. Taking this first step to finding a therapist is courageous but, may feel understandably scary and overwhelming.
